Safedale Pharmacy

Not sure where all the negative reviews are from, I've been using this pharmacy for the last 20 odd years, always had great service. Mr Patel is one of the nicest people I've ever met and has always provided top quality service for me and my family. Would recommend.

I just a had a look at the reviews and I can only agree with the negative reviews here. Not surprised about the reviews here. Rude staff. Standing around chatting rather picking up calls. And worst is, I wanted to speak to the manager and was passed to another Collagues instead. The first colleague said They prescription is rejected. Now they saying they haven’t said it. The prescription has been pending for more than 2 weeks and they giving false information and don’t advise correctly in time like contact your GP. Rather 2 and half weeks later they saying now contact your GP. While Ofcourse I’m frustrated about it pending that long, popping into the pharmacy twice during covid 19 (as no one picks up the phone - 12 Attempt calls) and being pregnant need to ensure I have inhalers when I go I to labour. Finally I was passed on to the manager put me on hold 2 mins and said I spoke to girls and they said they didn’t say rejected and arguing with me rather being apologetic and trying to get to the bottom of it. Then I cut the phone saying I will make complaint about the customer service here because that’s unbelievable. They called me twice Back, I said I would like not to speak to you right now. But no the manager did not respect that wish and started arguing and talking rudely ignoring my wish... wow! And said just so now we can out a complaint about a patient too. Rather helping someone during these difficult times they rather argue and be rude! Disappointed. Thank god other pharmacies are out there. I would not recommend. absolutely shocked about the rude service here! If a patient says they don’t want to speak now and can’t, you would surely respect that and call back when convenient but instead they call you twice in row and argue!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even the basic customer service skills here!

I like it there, is connected with my GP, they can give advice if needed, had flujab as well and is not only pharmacy, but has lots of other useful bits (including post office) that in an area not much served with shops is quite useful.

More then likely the worst pharmacy in the entire country

I went there as morning to b informed my daughters prescription could take half hr to hour to be sent over from the GPS... And to go home and ring us to see when ready to pick up being isolated and vulnerable disabled person... I've been ringing for the last 3hrs and the phone has been engaged...
