This is a hospital site with snack food and they keep the disposable wooden cutlery in big open boxes by the tills. Not great.

Popped in today to grab anything to eat. Got there at 5pm (online says 9pm closing). Store was closing. Asked for a sandwich and was shown the reduction basket. Only had cash as had to drop everything and leave work due to a blue light emergency. Was refused and sandwich taken off me. Explained i would be ill if i didnt eat. Still no sympathy. Really are they that desperate for the pense that it was! Just point blank refused to take cash! Disgusting!! Thanks but no thanks!!

Customer service is non existent to rubbish, and don’t bother complaining to m and a as they will tell you it’s a franchise,I guess this means they can sell m and s food but make up their own rules,thanks m and s for making me and others feel unwanted as customers,shan’t make that mistake again

This must be the very worst Marks & Spencer I have ever seen. It looks like a small room with hardly anything in it. There is very little stock and the place is not welcoming at all. It’s cold, it smells, It has no character whatsoever and it is generally very unpleasant to be here. Self-service tills and apparently no staff. When you see staff, they are always crossed and with a long face… Can’t blame them, who would like to work here. What a mistake!
