Went to customer services today to collect an on line order the lady that served me was lovely. She helped me take out some of the packaging so I could fit my heavy parcel in my bag. First class service thank you so much
Dont go to the cafe on a wednesday it seems that despite having plenty of spare seats a 10 to 15 minute queue/wait to get served by sullen staff is now the norm. The atmosphere is gone and the expected responses are what that cant do anymore (no filtered coffee) not what they can do. In the Kingston store the big positives were the Cafe and the food Court.....now it's just the food court.
It is starting to feel like the last years of BHS.
I was very disappointed by the service I received at M&S Kingston over the weekend. I had ordered some boots with a gift voucher which turned out to be too big. I ordered two more sizes to be delivered to the Kingston branch. I then requested to return all three pairs and use the credit from the first pair to buy the correct pair. I was rudely told that I could not re-purchase the boots as they had go straight into quarantine. The assistant was incredibly unhelpful and suggested that I order the correct size online and come back in to collect them. Shame on you M&S!
Very good service from the lovely lady on the till. She saved us £35 by spotting we had an unused offer on our Sparks card
Great to shop. Parking free and can normally always find a spot... unfortunately only self scan checkouts.
