I've shopped here for years and can only say that I have always had the best of customer service, staff are kind and go the extra mile for you. I hoped when it became part of Fenwicks that it would not go down hill and I'm pleased to say it hasn't. I do hope it continues though to keep the Bentalls brand, it's special in Kingston.

We have had the most amazing experience today at the Santa's grotto in the Bentalls Centre. The store director Lee really has gone above and beyond. We asked if there was anyway we could get tickets to the santa's grotto but due to current situation we knew it was unlikely. Lee messaged us directly and arranged for the elves and Santa to start 15 minutes before they would normally start just so that our son could visit Santa this year. No words can describe how grateful we are to Lee and all the elves and particularly Santa who made our visit so magical. We were truly made to feel like VIP's. The elves were totally magical, especially the chief elf who wrote our sons name on paper and ate it in front of our son just so that she could always remember him! It was a totally magical experience. A HUGE THANK YOU TO LEE AND ALL THE STAFF THAT MADE OUR DAY SO SPECIAL. All the staff are an asset to the company especially the store director.

Like most big shopping centres it has the usual high st names and plenty of places to eat. It has two large car parks attached to it and links from them to the centre via an enclosed bridge walk so you can go in wet weather and not be exposed to the elements. Unless you are on the roof car parks and then you will be exposed to the elements. Although you do get good views from rooftop parking.
