Supposed to be open 24/7. But at night staff just lock in and ignore customers.

Really please to find some gluten free sandwiches in the shop! They had two options which is really good for just a small shop at a petrol station. Makes it so much more inclusive for people with dietary requirements. Shame that the sandwiches are quite pricey, so will just have to be an occasional treat, but tasted very nice!

I whent bay a milk in midle of the night to the BP petrol station and the employee refused sell me milk by the window because was doing some fixing front door he say they close but he was still saving people ho fill up a petrol is bad costumers service and way u can serve people ho fill up the petrol but u can't sell a milk if u close u shuld be close to every costumer I'm really disappointed don't inform people on website u open if u not open to everyone definitely if someone need engercy milk for a baby at home, very bad, fixing a doors I not a isu to not serve a milk by the weandow if your till is open for owners a cars wich they fill up a petrol

I don't write reviews normally but had cause to use the customer toilets, they were disgusting. Makes it worst that food is being sold in close proximity

I am a loyal BP customer, I always go to this one every week to put diesel in my van. I have had a bad customer experience before but this one was just outrageous. Every time I go there they top up my points card and this time this young man got really rude to me and refused to serve me because i told him to do it for me. However that was not the worst part, another cashier next to him told me to say sorry and threatened me is well. Is that how you treat your loyal customers. I have been going to this petrol station for 10 years. Absolutely disgraceful. May have to send some of them back to customer service training.
