I went here to buy a pair of shoes as there always used to be a great selection but unfortunately they now seem to sell more trainers than any other type of shoe as I'd say around 70% of there footwear were trainer type shoes. Disappointed.

I am a loyal customer of this store. Yesterday, Saturday I had a bad experience and a good one ... I had to return several products, the girl who served me I think was a beginner, did not pay the necessary attention and got lost in return. I was pleasantly impressed by the manager who helped her, if I remember correctly her name, Laryssa, I appreciated the patience with which she explained the return procedure, she politely apologized for her colleague. ... even if you feel under pressure in the frontline, take your time, it is more important to do the right job than fast. If I didn't remember the right name, I remember the beautiful cherry brooches. I want to see such mangers in the store where I spend money weekly.

The shop has adapted itself incredibly well. Well displayed signage and constant announs reminding their customers to follow guidelines. The shop itself has always something new and trendy to buy at a very good price.The men's section is great to explore and to treat yourself to something nice. The home section, has a variety of new accessories for your home especially with Christmas on the way. Again, all very organised and well signalled giving you the assurance, that you can do your shopping in safe environment. I have paid a visit to the ground floor today, something that I've never done before and I was surprised by the variety of all sort of products to your delight...great space to wonder around. My last section was "shoes" and I did not get disappointed....Great selection of all types of shies, trainers, boots, flip flops, etc. I could not resist and ended up with two trainers and a pair of shoes for work....a great buy with a bargain price. In general, my trip was very successful and I have managed to get everything I was looking for....happy days! One last thing....the staff are so helpful from the security to the management who made my stay so rewarding. Highly recommended.

Nice choices, more then in other TK maxxes. Service usually really nice, just today got grumpy cashier, but looked she had a long day. But overall really nice shop.Recommend!
