Most stressful vet visit I have ever experienced. My otherwise completely calm and placid Labrador got completely freaked out by this place. Got off to a bad start as the vet came out towards us speaking a foreign language loudly and in an animated fashion. This was something unusual for my dog, so he barked to warn me as many dogs would do. The vet then came straight towards us, approaching fast, and stuck his hands in my dog's face which obviously also scared him. When we went into the consultation room, my dog wouldn't go anywhere near the vet and tried to hide behind me. The vet then proceeded to take out a muzzle, grabbed my dog by the collar in a firm manner (I don't ever have to be firm with my dog as he's got a very gentle nature) and tried to force the muzzle on him. I stopped the vet from doing this and tried to explain that this would make the vet visit stressful for my dog as he's not used to that at all and that I didn't like how he was treating him so roughly. Vet then returned with the nurse who tried to grab my dog from behind (anyone with the slightest knowledge of dogs would know that this freaks them out). I tried to explain that I could just hold him but the vet was convinced that my dog would bite him (I told this story to local dog owner friends who laughed at the thought that anyone would be scared of my dog doing any harm to anyone). As they continued to rough handle my dog, I stopped them and said that I wasn't comfortable with them treating him at all and started to leave the room with Alfie who was in a total state of stress by this point. The vet yelled "suit yourself" after me as I left. All in all, the worst vet visit EVER and I'm never letting them anywhere near my dog again.h

Thank you vet! My dog has made a full recovery, we are so happy with the staff who were very helpful and caring throughout. Many thanks to the wonderfully kind vet and nurse. I highly recommend Pets Clinic to all.

My elderly parents cat "Art" had to be put to sleep today. Such empathy, care and warmth shown to ease both my parents grief and the cats suffering. I can't thank you enough, so kind professional and caring Danielle. My father use to visit regularly to purchase the cat's special urinary food..sad days ahead as he will no longer need to make this visit. RIP Art Oct 2020

My cat Picasso was not an easy case, he had a heart condition and a skin condition and Dr Mihai has been amazing with him, he always took the time to be honest and explain to me stuff clearly, he has always been available when I needed it and won’t take your money at all actually he was always looking for the best and cheaper solution. The nurse Daniela has well has always been great, always welcoming and sweet and remember you when you call (which I never seen in any other vet practice). Picasso was not an easy cat and I want to thank them so much for everything, they have been amazing all this time. Best Vet practice I ve been without any hesitation.
