Called RGS Roofing about a leak we had on our flat bay roof. Very responsive spoke to Bobby and he managed to come round asap to take a look, On inspection he could see a problem, Gave me a price to fix which I was happy with and arranged asap the repair. very happy with the work carried out NO more leaks would use again and recommend.

Fitted an EPDM (rubber roof). Unfortunately it was laid on top of insulation boards and a thin layer of ply (maybe 2mm) rather than the standard 11-18mm roof boards. As such the ply broke and caused several leaks. The 20 year installation guarantee is worthless as Robert Neil, trading as RGS Roofing Service(s) refused to make good the damage. Less than 5 years from installation, the whole roof was replaced by a reputable company.

had problems with my flat roof leaking needed to get it put right urgent as water was coming in phoned RGS Roofing services and a guy called Robert came round next morning looked at the roof give me a run down off what needed to be done and a price for the work which was really good as I already had got one price from a different roofer the work took a day to complete and the new covering really looks neat Robert and the other fellow who done the work left every think clean took all old felt away and was very professional. I would recommend RGS

I got Bobby to come out and have a look at a leaking roof which was in need of some TLC all over for a client of ours in Hornchurch. After much deliberation of what to do, the client decided to get the whole roof replaced. Bobby went ahead and replaced the whole roof for our client. The job was done to a very high standard. We will be using Bobbys services again in the near future. Thanks again Bobby.
