I was so impressed from the very start at how helpful Karen was in obtaining a price which was very competitive for the product fitted keeping me informed as to when they would be ordered and fitted. Steve the fitter was brilliant, he was so respectful to our home did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy, even collected some trim that I ordered as well and brought it with him. I would have no hesitation in recommending the The Ken Rhodes Group to friends or family wishing to have replacement windows or glass."

My mother decided to use the services of Ken Rhodes after hearing great things about them........At the end of last year she ordered internal patio doors, a new front door with internal blind and a bespoke canopy for over her new door. Not a small sum of money. Steve came straight away, that was where the service stopped. The internal doors came, were fitted, vents broken. Vents reordered, arrived, vents broken again. Took a total of 3 visits to get this right. The front door and canopy were finally fitted but uprights fitted......because they were not even ordered!! By this point my Mother had given the fitter her cheque but I contacted Karen and she kindly agreed to hold it until works completed. This year my Mother decided she wanted a matching back door so reluctantly we approached Ken Rhodes again as no one else seemed to do the door she had chosen. Should have gone with my first instinct and not used them. From start to finish yet again was an absolute joke. Quick enough to take the order and deposit but the ordering is a JOKE! Door and window fitted, no internal blind in door. For the second time, this hadn't even been ordered. Again, my Mother had given her cheque to the fitter (She is 82 so mistakes are allowed) We emailed Ken Rhodes himself, Steve, Lois and Karen and asked them not to cash the cheque until the works were completed. Lo and behold, they cashed the cheque!!! They then had the audacity to send a "hope you were delighted with your installation" letter despite the works not even being completed. The works were finally completed yesterday some 3 weeks or so after they received their money. Steve and Karen I have no complaints about nor indeed the fitter but the rest of them........They say they are the best in Essex......they are in my opinion the WORST. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Great value and fantastic customer service. Bifold doors and windows fitted perfectly with no mess. Have used Ken Rhodes on multiple occasions and highly recommend.
