Avoid this place, used their dry cleaning service. Left a coat there for 3 days, I should have checked before I left the shop, as it was quite clear they had not cleaned the coat. Small bobbles of wool from a scarf around the collar were still on the coat and a dust mark on the shoulder from it being stores were still on the coat. There was no clean smell to this coat after being at this shop. This site should give you the opportunity to put zero star rating.

These dry cleaners are highly avoidable. I was told that the my jacket needed to be laundered twice for it to be looking like new and hence I was supposed to pay a premium. Absolute joke! After paying the price quoted, the jacket dint look like it was laundered even once. Will never use their service again. Please avoid them at all costs!

Extremely poor customer service — owner could not be bothered to get off the phone to assist customers. I called in advance and she could not even tell me how much services cost. Absolutely laziest customer service I’ve ever experienced. She should be ashamed of the way she treats customers.

Extremely poor service, she took my jacket for week for dry clean and still not managed to clean milk stains, have used this dry cleaner quite few times she always wipes the jacket and iron on the top but never ever bothered to give proper cleaning. Not recommend

Super rude lady, she treats us like we were stupid and almost shout to us. I would not recommend this laundrette.
