I don't really tend to leave reviews but after such a great service I just had too! I have used many different carpet cleaning services over the years as having 3 children and a dog with cream carpets means they get extremely mucky. I have to say that tailored cleaning solutions have been the best service I have used by far. They somehow managed to get my carpets looking brand new! I was so impressed that I had them back a few weeks later to clean our armchairs and once again I was over joyed with the results. Good results obviously come with hard work. Chris worked extremely hard and took great care at removing almost every stain. I will be having them back when my carpets are next due. Thank you so much Tailored Cleaning Solutions.
My experience with tailored cleaning was impeccable & without fault. The carpet was cleaned perfectly looking brand new but that isn’t even the best bit. The service was amazing & the job was all dealt with efficiently & without any bother. The area that I live in is all residential permit but the team didn’t bother me for a solution on where to park as I have experienced with other companies but made alternative arrangements without asking. 10/10 Service - I will definitely recommend to all my family & friends! Highly recommend this company. They were quick to come back to me after my inquiry and the details of the quote was very good. They came within a week, on time and cleaned 3 rooms, stairs and landing within 2 hours. Chris was super professional and very friendly. House looks new now so couldn't recommend them more. What a great find, contacted last minute after a spillage on brand new carpets. Chris was very prompt in responding and was able to offer fit me in short notice. Was very polite and knowledgeable and carpet area looks great again!!!
