I had the Key cut in Richmond, the key doesn’t work, I’ve had it trimmed in Twickenham, still doesn’t work. It’s taken a large amount of my time at work to try and get this key fixed and it’s bad for business. After trying to get the key recut (with a receipt) in Twickenham I was told no. Not impressed.

Been to TImpson two times for keycutting service. In the first time the gentleman kindly offers to copy 2 keys for me, as I told him that i've tried to copy the same key at 2 other stores but none of them worked. Unfortunately it failed this time as well, so I went back the next day, and this professional gentleman replaced it with another prototype. Finally it works as magic! It's a little bit more expensive than those 'drycleaner-keycutters' but definitely worth the price
