A friendly welcome and a relaxing experience. Toilets located in hotel rather than the spa itself which could be better. The massage was good and hit the areas it needed to. The ambience could be improved ie reception phone placed on silent during treatments, some candles or incense would also be nice. We brought our massages forward on the day and it was no trouble - very accommodating.
Very friendly and very relaxing, nice place to come for a massage and to chill out in the heated pool, steam room etc

This is by far 1 of the best spa experience i have had. The spa itself is beautifully clean with good facilities & the massage we had was the best 1 ive ever had, would highly recommend.
Very disappointed! Nice spa overall, but aren't very accomadating, ended up not being able to have our treatments that we paid for on wowcher as we were told the wrong time to come for our treatment! We also rearranged our booking for the week later and booked in for an afternoon tea but they didn't inform the hotel so we couldn't have that either!
