I am very happy with this nursery. The staff are very welcoming. They offer a friendly and caring approach; and are attentive to my child's needs, who is making fantastic progress, thanks to the daily activities which help to develop his learning. I also like the idea of my child having a hot meal for lunch, which he says are 'really nice'. Keep up the fantastic work!

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the quality of teaching and the environment they have created here. My son was only here for 6 months before we moved countries but during his time here, his verbal communication increased, and that was a critical element for me. The staff have been so supportive in helping to improve his speech. First step to learning pre-school is definitely a great addition to nurseries I’m Upminster, so if your looking for a nursery in Upminster that puts your child’s welfare first this is the place.

A friendly, warm nursery setting providing excellent care for young children. The staff are pleasant and caring, they help to nurture the development of the learners with engaging activities. Great work, keep it up!

We are over the moon with the way our 14 month old has settled in at First Steps to learning. The nursery is really clean and staff are always welcoming. We receive daily updates on how he has been getting on which is so useful and we really love.

This is a really friendly, welcoming and caring environment for babies and young toddlers ...very happy to know the nursery and it's staff.
