Exceptional refurbishment work carried out by Florin and his team. We had a three bedroom house renovated from scratch - new electrics, new fitted kitchen, addition of an ensuite and re-plastering and painting of all walls. All of the work was completed to an excellent standard and we were thoroughly pleased with every step. Everything happened on time and to budget, and Florin made sure to keep us informed at each point of the build, making the whole process smooth and stress free. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with, always polite and respectful, and they really care about providing a high quality finish. Everybody who visits keeps commenting on how good the finish is! I would absolutely recommend Florin and his team to anybody in need of an honest, trustworthy builder. I look forward to working with him again for any future projects.

Hired Florin to renovate our stair balustrade etc.Existing one was over fifty years old and looked it.Florin took on the job and completely reworked the appearance. Excellent workmanship and care taken to involve us on each stage.Very precise and particular on finished appearance.Very tidy and clean.When he finished each day,apart from his tools left in the house,there was no rubbish etc as he hoovered everything as he went. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Florin and his team were excellent from start to finish in every aspect of my renovation in Sept 2019. He managed to complete the work ahead of time and on budget despite a number of additional requirements I asked him to do. I really felt Florin went the extra mile to give me a fabulous home by making a number of suggestions that would improve the look and feel of the completed renovation. Every evening the team would clean up after themselves and put things back as much as feasibly possible so that my home was habitable. I think the main difference between Florin and other people I have engaged with, is that he recognised this was my home and not just a house renovation / project for him! Any defects were remediated without any issues and he even came back a week later to fix issues I had not picked up at the time of my snagging list. Overall the quality of work, attention to detail and politeness of both Florin and his team were second to none. I felt they made the whole renovation as un-stressful as possible to both me and my two cats. I feel very lucky to have engaged with Florin and am eternally grateful to my friend who recommended him. I would like to take this opportunity to wish Florin and his team every success in the future and look forward to the time when I have to use his services again!
