If you’re a landlord then this organisation is great. They get your money, and hassle you if you don’t give it to them, while at the same time, not following up on repairs, allowing serious breaches of health and safety, and making it abundantly clear that when it comes to what is best for the tenant, it is of secondary concern. They are also perfectly happy to remind you of this in a most patronising and indifferent manner. If you’re a tenant, you will no doubt be made to feel insecure and unwelcome in your own home, and be left with a lingering doubt that anything you request will be listened to.
