The worst service ever. Our car was burnt to a crisp whilst in their car park and they didnt even refund the cost of parking.
They said ours was the one which got caught in the crossfire but when you see the pictures it was clearly ours which was the target and two other cars either side were also badly ruined.
Furthermore the hire car they promised would cover the time we were without transport wasnt paid in full so they chased us for remainder. It tooks weeks to sort out and they were a pain to get hold of during this time.
I had my doubts when i turned up at this yard. I wish i went with my initial gut instinct.
Avoid this company like the plague!
Is fake agency, i pass the test and later it was suspended.
