Do not ever use!!!!,
This is a legitimate review, we used Eagle parking at the last minute as the one we normally use had to cancel our booking due to flooding.
We had no issues with dropping our vehicle, but on collection is when the issues became.
We immediately noticed damage to our rear bumper and notified the driver immediately, he was not concerned at all, we encouraged him to take pictures of said damage which he did reluctantly, we where advised to send email to their customer care team.
So I have now sent 3 emails to them in two days which none have been replied to, I sent relevant pictures of the damage and still no response, I have tried calling them on the two numbers we have and both constantly ring out and then go to a LYCA mobile answering service.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, they are not legitimate and even when asked where our car was parked he could not tell me.
The instructions they provide are also false, upon arrival and when you call them, they will change the process to dropping the car at the top level and same with collection.
We made a real mistake booking with Eagle parking, and now have damage to our vehicle.
Don’t ever book through them.
I was happy with the park and ride service that was punctual on departure and arrival.
What I was NOT happy with was that the car had done 30 miles during my 8 day absence and the dash cam was dismounted and disconnected and left in the footwell. I have now lost all confidence in their service and cannot recommend them.
This is a fake company. They damaged my car - I had evidence and I realised immediately. They never fixed it- they asked to go to a solicitor as they do not care for my car.
I would advice to pay double the price in a proper parking company.
Do not use if you value your car being returned in the same condition it was dropped off in!
Upon arriving back at Heathrow after a Christmas holiday, we phoned to say we had landed and were told to meet our driver outside the front in ten minuets. We collected our bags, made our way to the exit and were greeted by the driver who saw us coming towards him. The driver subsequently jumped out of the car and jogged over to us waving a form which needed to be signed. The form was signed and I was handed my keys. Following this the driver decided to run (and I mean sprint!) across the car park towards his colleagues car and make a run for it! Naturally this looked very odd and suspicious so I started looking around my car for anything untoward only to be greeted with a kerbed wheel, damaged tire, 30 additional miles on the clock and the rear headrests up - I never use the back seats for reference.
After phoning the company straight away, still outside the car, I was told to send photos to the company email address and they would compare the photos against ones they take when collecting the car. I did as they said and received no response. I have since emailed numerous times to follow up my complaint with no avail. I have now taken to phoning the company only be:
- told the manager isn't in today and will call me back
- told to send my bank account details and they will pay for the damage
- they will call me back when they're back in the office later on
- hung up on
Obviously I've now come to the realisation they won't be sending any money for the damage they have caused and have since made a claim with trading standards. This service is absolutely shocking and I would recommend to anyone to steer well clear of Eagle Parking.
DO NOT TRUST.....!!! Left me stranded for "5 hours" outside the airport from promising there will be delivering my car in 20 minutes..... Took 6 calls and each call i was told just another 20 minutes, when the driver did finally turn up instead of apologising all i got is a bad attitude......First time i used this company and what a BAD experience its been.....Please don't been fooled the 5 star comments you see below probably people that work for the company and not REAL customer's just to UP there rating ...... SO KEEP AWAY !!!!
