Best avoided. Car not ready, chap before me had his car lost entirely. Crowning glory was trying the three numbers none of which worked and then being told to ring myself again on arrival at the desk. Cheap but not at all cheerful. MBW much better for about the same cost. As I’m writing this someone is complaining about their aerial being snapped off.

Came back to Mud all in the drivers side . You can see where the person who drove the car kicked the door open with there muddy boots. Mud all over the outside of the car as well, so obviously been kept in a muddy field somewhere. They could have at least but something over there shoes before destroying the inside of my car. Customer care agents they are extremely unhelpful, they are argumentative and wont take ownership of any situation. They just keep saying to email an address, saying it wasn't them who made the car dirty, and it's only a bit of mud. You keep going round in circles, they wont supply any proof that they have seen the car in this state (the persons name on the desk is Sam) This is a new car, we saved hard to buy! Looking at the other reviews they don't reply to the complaints address they give you and this is a very common problem with this company. Looks like I'm lucky the car wasn't damaged any further. AVOID AVOID AVOID. It's not worth saving the money, use another company with better reviews. I'm really surprised Tesco associates themselves with this cowboy company.

I was a little scared about parking with these guys as some of the reviews are pretty bad. But my experience was fairly good! They're currently rebranding as "Blue Circle" parking. This really is "no frills" airport parking. But they got me to and from the airport in decent time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Car was in one piece when I got back. Pretty good, all in all.

I was a bit worried due to the reviews left from people in the past. But my experience with Drivefly was absolutely fine, problem free and reliable. Phoning up after we landed was easy, they answered immediately and we were back to our car within the hour (considering we were leaving the airport at rush hour that’s not bad!)

Summary: affordable with friendly staff, but wouldn't recommend if you are in a hurry. Dropping off my car was really quick and easy. I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle. The shuttle to my terminal took around 20-25 minutes as it stopped at other terminals first. My main frustration was with the pick up. The email says that after you call, they will come get you in 10-15 minutes. My experience was waiting for 30 minutes, then another 5-10min in the car for another passenger, then going to pick up another passenger at a different terminal. So by the time I got to my car, it had been almost an hour of waiting. I found this frustrating as I didn't get to my car until after 10pm and had a two hour drive ahead of me. BUT, the prices are fair and the staff were friendly.
