AVOID! Our car was scratched badly in their care and despite doing everything right - their inspection when we dropped it off didn't show the damage and we reported it immediately to the driver who returned it to us who then took a picture - they have not offered to fix it. They haven't even replied to emails requesting a resolution. I've been forced to refer it to our insurance. Really poor service and communication.
Easy drop off and pick up and we'll priced. If your flight is delayed on return make sure you phone to let them know. Emailing results in an automated reply stating someone will reply within 3 days.
No issues, smooth and timely at departure and arrival.
Will be using again:)
About 12-15 minutes away from airport. Stored safely and good shuttle service.
Fairly easy place to find, excellent service and assistance. Will definitely use this service again for flights from or to London Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3.
