Heathrow Meet And Greet Parking

Terrible service , took money and didn’t turn up .Asked for refund and still waiting . Do not book

One star is too high! I wouldnt use this parking service again. I turned up at the airport having already called them to let them know I was coming and no one showed up. In the end I never got a refund and I had to spend more booking with someone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY its a SCAM!

Below are the email instructions I was given, I called the number given when I was 30minutes away. When the driver collected my car he told me I need to pay for the parking ticket to enter the car park, and instead I should have parked at short stay pick up. Although their email instructions say otherwise the driver and his manager would not accept the cost of the parking ticket of me entering the car park. On arrival back to Heathrow, the driver kept me waiting for 1.5hours before my car was dropped off. When I phoned the manager to ask why it is taking so long, he said it's because "I chose the cheapest option". The Driver who dropped the car off informed me he was only given the job "30 minutes ago". This is a terrible service, ran by cowboys. "Departure: Please call us once you are 30 minutes away from your departure terminal: "From the M4 Â exit follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel keep right passing the Central Bus Station joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. On the rising ramp continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the Short stay car park entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the car park. Entering the car park on level 4, keep right for level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in row B."

Absolutely disgusting and dishonest! On our way back with our 9 months old crying and exhausted baby we were just left stranded at the airport parking for 2 and half hours without any clue if we were even going to get our car back at all! Apparently they were having some staff issues and they choose to completely ignore our calls and text messages. After raising this with the main office they are coming up with lame traffic and road maintenance excuses and offering shameless discount for the next booking instead of refund. Do not book with these incompetent, unprofessional and unreliable bunch!

Paid for secure parking with 24 hr security, and they allowed my car to be stolen. Left me waiting for an hour while they tried to find it, then told me it had been stolen. 24hrs on and they still haven't been in touch to apologise or talk about next steps. Breath taking incompetence.
