I am extremely disappointed in this service. I live in Rochester, Kent which is about 2 hours drive from Heathrow Terminal 2 and I was going abroad for two weeks. So, for the first time I decided to leave my car in the long stay car park at Heathrow for more efficiency and as I was travelling with my family. When, I came back I found that my car catalytic converted had been stolen and I was stuck in the freezing car park with my wife and kid. Customer services claimed they have no CCTV inside the car park and are not liable for the car being vandalized despite the £90 pounds I paid. I ended up having to pay triple that price for a new catalytic converter and insurance! They claim security measures and patrols, but that's all misleading information. Wouldn't be surprised if they are in on this scam themselves. Disgusting and Dissapointing! I will never use this service again!

Used it once for dropping off a family member to the airport. A bit of a faff having to call the shuttle bus during COVID but hey, it works. On return within 2h, the machine wanted to charge me £16.40. Just drove up to the exit ramp, rang the bell and was let out for free. Again, a bit of a faff but got sorted no problem.

Was very easy to park here if you book online. I thought the price was good for what would normally be a peak time, although that could have been due to COVID.

This place is a dream location for criminals - security at this place is a joke. The catalytic converter from my car got stolen worth £2,000. CCTV cameras are placed all over the place but looks like the security are working from home. When I called up someone to assist me with my issue it took them 30min to turn up and tell me that they will reduce my parking fee in half £106, they are not liable for the damages, because you park at your own risk. I reported the theft to the met police within 3h they said we are sorry.

Be careful not to be double charged. I had pre-payed but on exit 3 days later, the reader insisted on me paying £108 for 3 days; I had already paid £83.50 online. Pressing the call button confirmed my car and pre-payment, so fixed easily by giving name and registration, but the point is, a system should not do that in the first place, and amounts to potential fraud. Whilst the journey to T2 bus stop 12 was flawless, as the bus was already parked at stop in car park, the return was not. It dawned on us after waiting for 20 mins that we needed to ring the following number to arrange pick up. The bus arrived 20 mins later, after already waiting 20 mins. Here is the number to request collection at T2 bus stop 12. +44208 6200 451 The instruction to do this was tiny, and easily missed, and more to the point, neither the driver or bus issued and instructions to do that on return. So to make your journey smooth, bear in mind a change in pick up procedure that the company does seem intent on making clear.
