Best pharmacy in town. My family is registered with Hayes medical centre and this pharmacy is right next to it, which is so handy to collect the medication. Staff is very friendly and respectful all the times, there is always someone to look after you even they look very busy all the time.
Initially used for my daughter but after my son born in early 2020 I use this pharmacy a lot because of his allergies. New procedure we need to email GP and they send the prescription directly to pharmacy. I phone them to confirm before I go and staff on the phone is so polite. Prescription is perfectly labelled and just follow the instructions. All is well.
I have been using Kasmani as my chemists for over 30 years since I moved into Hayes. The staff are always very helpful and polite. Service is always good.
I had been visited to their but what i found the fat lady on reception. O my god she was so arrogent. Now decided not to go back to them again. God may bless her with sensible attitude.

I have been using this pharmacy for just over 40 years. I bought 2 face masks and 100ml bottle of hand sanitiser. £6.50 per mask and £9.00 for a bottle of Hand Sanitiser I have always trusted them and now I feel I have been well and truly ripped off. I paid by card and have only now noticed how much they charged.
It very disappointing to think they are exploiting customers at this time.
