For a small Pharmacy, you get great Service, above and beyond expectations. They’d made me aware that for the medicines I was receiving that I’d be better off, with a Prepayment Prescription Card. I didn’t think it was worth the bother; but it actually was! Introduced me to the Healthera App to facilitate ordering my repeat prescriptions, and to be kept informed of any other services they can provide, instead of going to my GP; like the flu jab. A good team behind the counter makes sure that you’re taken care off; not only with advice on the medicines but any steps one can take to alleviate any health concerns one might have. Before I start sounding like someone who’s an ardent fan of Puri Pharmacy...let me just say, that I have become one!

The pharmacist was so helpful with my query. He put me at ease and told me not to worry and recommended a cream so I would not need to see the doctor for my rash. He even explained in Punjabi to ensure I completely understood.

Just had my annual flu jab, and as always a very pleasant experience from very professional assistant, pharmacist and flu jab administrator. We have been using this pharmacy for over 30+ years, and have never had any issues. The pharmacy has private rooms for advice or personal requests. Covid friendly and masks must be worn. The pharmacy is regularly sanitised before and after (in my case) flu jabs etc. They do close between 1pm and 2pm mon-fri.

The team at Puri pharmacy have always been extremely helpful and have offered great advice to me over the years. My medication is always ready on time and it's extremely refreshing to walk in and be greeted with smiles. Can't recommend you guys enough and thank you for all of your hard work over the past few months - I know how busy you have been.

I have used this pharmacy regularly as it is near where I work. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and informative. They have always gone above and beyond to help and advise me when I have concerns or questions about any medicines. They have a really good range of hay-fever medicines and price is good too!
