Useless exam board, they removed online payment and asked us to pay for the exams through the forms, did that and kept calling them to check if they processed the payment, only to be told that my. Child won't be seating for the December exams even though I toot a screen shot as a proof that I had enough funds in my account. I begged them if I can change my bank details on the card and they should charge me even though I submitted my forms in time. All I wanted is my child to seat for December exams, I'm now considering changing the board coz we have more competent exam boards likes of ACCA, the amount of times I emailed and called only to be told this? The person I spoke to was so rude and I wouldn't recommend any sensible parent to let their children use ABE again
