Ranjit Roofing company replaced the tiles on the roof of my dad’s neighbour’s house. In the process a roof tile fell onto my dad’s window and broke the glass. Ranjit Roofing initially accepted their fault, agreed to pay for the replacement window and requested my dad to obtain a quote, which he did. However, now they do not accept their fault, are denying all liability and refusing to pay for the replacement. We have all the evidence but still do not accept their fault. My dad is 84, a vulnerable pensioner who does not have spare money to spend, especially due to other people’s faults. The workers are rude and called my dad, an old man, “senile” even though he is only requesting his rights. Beware of Ranjit Roofing Company Ltd who has been negligent and without any duty of care.

This company and its owner are just complete liars. They have fixed a roof that was leaking for me for half the price of the cheapest quote, he had given me 15 YEARS Guarantee. 1 years later the same place starting leaking again !! so I called him, he promised to come out for over 10 times but never turns up and never picks up the calls any more. He gives cowboys a good name, my personal opinion is STAY AWAY from that company and the dishonest company owner.
