Called to ask for roof maintenance work. The person who answered the phone said no one would be available until November at the earliest which is fine and understandable. I asked for recommendations of anyone they know who may be able to help. The person said that they have contacts but are not in front of their computer. At no point was there any willingness to call back with the contact information or email it to me at a later time. Some kindness and being helpful would be appreciated.

We arranged a time for the repair, and the repairmen arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They worked fast and fixed up my roof.

The team was able to come over within a few days, find the leak and repair the ceiling. It's a nice job, and the ceiling looks great.
