Filthy dirty and broken machines and dryer. One chap lost £5.00 in machine, phoned the number for assistance and no reply. I truly think Epsom and Ewell council need to visit this establishment.

There is a car park almost opposite which is free so that's handy. The launderette itself is very shabby and needs a complete overhaul. However my machine worked and washed well. The dryers were full of clothes and no one came to retrieve them in the 2 hours I was there. Hence only 1 tumble dryer was free. ( I didn't want to pull out their drying)

Needed to get the duvet washed after a wild night. Luckily the place was pretty empty and instructions are basic enough (haven't used a laundromat for years). Make sure to bring your detergent and pound coins - £4 a small wash, £5 a large was and £1 give you 15 mins tumbledry

Really in happy, I visit the laundrette at least once a week setting aside the fact it's run down and not the cleanest place. There has been a few tines were seraval machines not working or they eat your money, recently I have had to called the contact number that is online and on the wall in laundrette as it's not becoming a regular thing of eating my money or like today the machinen not working properly. The first occasion when I called the number to say I had put £6 in the £5 machine (as it didn't work with the £5 I had put in and thought maybe another £1 may make it work and wasn't to bothered about it as I've had to do it before but this time the £6 didn't start it and I wasn't happy to put any more money in) when the guy came he opened the top of machineand began to tell me that I had only put £3 which really upset me.Then today I had put my washing in the machine and put my money on and it didn't work and lucky enough I manage to get my money out of it so I put my washing in another machine and I always put on a hot wash but this time the pre wash didn't come on, when the guy came again I was told it had work fine (even with my powder still in the top of washing machine and that it had stopped in 15 mins) what really upsets me is I understandthings can not work but the way I'm talked to and basically accused I've either not put enough money in or there has been no problem at all both times just so rude,I will not be going anymore all because the handy man is a rude inconsiderate person.

Needs a good bloody clean You'd be lucky to find 4 out of the 10 machines working When there's a problem you don't get a reply with the number that's given on the wall
