Can't recommend AS Financial enough. They really work hard for the flawless 5 star google review average. Me and my fiancee were assisted by Alastair and Marcel who were always extremely helpful and courteous, and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help us get us our house. Fantastic staff and a fantastic service.

AS Financial helped us get our third mortgage as we recently bought and moved into our new family home. We dealt with Sarah and throughout the process she was very responsive and always gave thoughtful and clear advice. In the past we had experience where mortgage brokers worked with us well but the liaison with lenders wasn’t transparent or effective. In this case, Sarah clearly did a great job on all fronts! Upon completion we received a lovely card in the post from Sarah with congratulations on the move. It was a warm and generous gesture. It is easy to treat clients as numbers when you never meet them in person. But AS Financial clearly prefer a much more human approach, which really helps in a stressful affair that the house move is. I can’t recommend them enough!

My partner and I are in the process of trying to buy a house but had absolutely no prior knowledge of the housing market. Having found AS Financial on Google, we were given an appointment quickly. Alastair was incredibly helpful and walked us through the whole process of buying a house, helping us work out what we would be able to afford. He also offered above and beyond what we were expecting when he also said he'd be happy to comment on houses we'd bought if we sent him the links! Once our offer had been accepted, we were moved to the mortgage team, who worked quickly and tirelessly to get us our mortgage offer within a month, even though there were some difficulties with documents I had provided - they worked through those difficulties quickly. I will definitely recommend AS Financial to anyone I know! They worked really hard to get us through the buying process and are really good value for money :)

We completed our mortgage recently after Paragon rejected our application after charging the fee. Our previous mortgage adviser told us that 'bridging loan' was the only solution. However Matt from AS Financial understood our unique situation and managed to get hold of a lending company and got the offer. Kyle was very helpful and supportive.
