Max and his team were simply AMAZING! Over the course of nearly 3 months they pretty much transformed our 500 yrs old listed cottage with attention to detail, professionalism and impeccable skills. They were clear with costings, fairly and competitively priced and the few areas where our house renovations presented us with surprise extra work, were tackled in a transparent way wrt extra costs. These were made clear along the way and sensibly charged. The scope included turning around a staircase, building an under the stairs cloakroom, practically rebuild our existing ancient bathroom inc removal of a supporting wall and total bathroom refit, built 3 really tricky custom made staircases , the only way to achieve this in our ancient house with no straight walls and no right angles, installed an en-suite and refurbed 2 bedrooms and a lounge. Max’ team tackled pretty much every building skill set that I can think of. The work was impeccable and the quality and service superb!!! I have recommended them to all our friends and neighbours and will have them back again soon for extra work.

He took extra money what finalised at the started and he lies after that about vat while he did not issue the receipt even. After your reply, It's not about your VAT registered company or not it is all about how you cheated for money when I was not there and you presented a balance sheet on simple paper with extra charges without VAT and your company details to another family member who was not involved. So I did not expect and I did pay attention towards the quotation and your wording and offered you my finale offer. After this cheating, you don't even deserve 1 star. The whole family have aggression against you what you did. Truth is truth. If anyone wants proof ask me.

I was involved indirectly with the bathroom refurbishment for Michael Nickless assisted by KK Tas and feel it is correct to comment on their amended reviews (the initial ones being good reviews). Maks provided a good professional service to Michael who is pleased with his new bathroom. Maks operates a professional registered company and provided a full invoice receipt which details the costs and VAT. There is no issue of him cheating his customer. The other reviews for him are nearer reality.
