I’ve been taking mine and my family’s cars to Gavin for quite some time. He never disappoint. He is very courteous, professional and always eager to help. He always recommends the best service for your vehicle without any hidden costs and even provided me a courtesy car while mine was being diagnosed. He is very knowledgeable in his field and processes all latest equipment to address many issues. I truly recommend his services to anyone. Came in the morning to leave my BMW for a full service - didn't know My car will be kept for the next day! Luckily I was off work. The service went smoothly. But price change in the end! I booked my BMW with a quote for £149, but the gentleman told me "because you have BMW and you need "special" oil now you need to pay £168" They know that I'm coming with BMW 5 series, they should give me correct quote first time.

I have been a customer for over 5 years now and cant fault a thing. Gavin and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. Gavin has rescued me and my car on numerous occasions , from quick and professional MOT, to body work to exhaust and everything else. What I really appreciate is that there are no hidden costs,Gavin is always thoughtful and creative in providing solutions and advice to find the best outcome without costing a fortune, something as a female driver I really appreciate and rely on, having had horrendous experiences elsewhere. I did my MOT here a couple of months ago and was supposed to review sooner. Booking was easy, and I was able to do it online. Ross was very professional and polite. Even though my MOT passed, I was told what work would need to be done soon to avoid any car troubles. My experience was great, and I will be back again to do my brake discs and pads. Also great value for money. I would say to give your money to these kinds of garages rather than the commercial big names like Kwik Fit and Halfords. They’re extortionate, and double the price. I highly recommended Ross Motors!

I have been going to Ross Motors for a few years now, they have never let me down! Ross Motors is a great garage that always try to help and fix the problem with great professionalism, in the quickest time and at the fairest prices. I couldn’t fault Ross Motors. I will always go to Ross Motors if I ever have a problem with my car! I can’t recommend them more!
