This is an AWESOME place; staff very friendly and welcoming. First time and definitely going to be a repeat offender here :). Afif is probably the best Dentist I have been too, very professional and providing solutions based on priority not just a huge list of what needs to be done (Yes not been to a dentist for a while as I was allergic to them). Fully explained approach to take and we both agreed on the best path to take. I had some root cleaning done and this was done at ease in my time, no rush or pressure. Strongly recommend.
Professional, yet friendly service. The dentist was new to me but I would have full confidence in returning to see her for my next visit. Hygenist lovely as always. Easy parking and a pleasant internal environment.

This was my first visit to Courtrai House and I was a little surprised to see that the outside of the building and the grounds are a work in progress! I was made to feel very welcome by the two ladies in reception who explained what would happen during my visit. The registration process was simple and there were no surprise questions on the proforma. After registration I was directed to sit alone in an area on the 1st floor of the house. I was met by an enthusiastic Dr Afif Hanif and he politely and clearly explained how he would be treating me due to the Covid regulations and rules. Throughout my treatment Dr Hanif and his dental nurse made me feel extremely comfortable and he thoroughly explained what was needed and how he would address the problem. I felt totally at ease and very safe. I was very happy about the information I was provided. Dr Hanif was gentle and careful whilst carrying out the inspection and I look forward to receiving further treatment in a weeks time. I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr Afif Hanif and Courtrai House Dental Practice after experiencing my first visit.
Except for the numerous phone calls and time changes to fix the appointment, I felt very safe, treated in you usual courteous manner and would like to congratulate your Clinic in the way you organised my visit.
