We have used this business for many years and have had no problem with the quality of work, communication of issues and general customer service. In fact, we would have rated this as a 5 star business. This week sadly, the level of communication has not been good and we were presented with a 'finished fact' of charges instead of the usual call to discuss what needs to be done and any additional estimates for work. We have had to ask for a reduction (it was not immediately offered to us) and this has been done, however the trust has taken a dent and we are considering using alternative garages for future work. Trust is an important element when dealing with someone providing a service, so we are naturally disappointed that our level of trust has gone down a notch as a result of this experience.
