I am so sorry but I can say it’s better to avoid here. They put some stains on my trouser and tried to remove them to avoid my attention. They made the area with those stains faded in colour. Not to mention the trouser is worth almost £200. Advice to the owner : if you had made a mistake, simply accept it, apologise for it and find a solution rather than trying to explain your protocol of cleaning please. I will unfortunately never visit you again.

I used the spots dry cleaners several times and I love going there. Very professional, friendly and they do an amazing job. Even if I move and I have other dry cleaner nearer me I continue going there. Thank you for your amazing customer service

I asked why they are advertising Canada Goose in their window. CG openly admits to using the leg hold trap to catch the wild coyotes for its fur trim - these traps are so cruel they are banned in most countries worldwide. Though banned across the EU since 1995, a successful ban on the sale of fur from a country still using this method has not yet been achieved. I was told that Canada Goose pays laundrettes to place their ads up in their windows, as its a great way to promote and subtly show support for this controversial brand.

Took my Canada goose jacket in to be cleaned as stated that they specialise in cleaning them in the shop window. Jacket came back dirty and damaged . I returned it and was told it would be cleaned for free. On retuning to collect the jacket I was told I was lying and that they wouldn’t be recleaning it. The assistant said that she inspected it and that it was clean when it left the shop. This was not true . I was also told that she had emailed to tell me this and this was not true either. The assistant was extremely unprofessional and rude! My advise is stay clear!!!!

I use the spots dry cleaner few times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I always happy with services. And I think the price is very reasonable. I will definitely keep going back.
