Very clean laundry and they make u feel very welcome. Good service too. I always use this laundry for service wash dry cleaning and do my own laundry.

I come here for all my alterations and repairs (many items of clothing, but also a couch cushion that my dog chewed up badly and somehow the people here worked a miracle to fix it). The quality of the work is always very high, the prices are low, and the people are friendly and prompt. A great place!

Have used this dry cleaners on several occasions and I have always been impressed with their services. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think the prices they change are fair and compared to other establishments, they are good value for money. They also deliver for free on order over £15 which is a nice touch and very helpful.

I had two dresses that were missing bottoms (2 in one if them, 3 in the other). The gentleman said he did not have the same bottoms which I said it was fine, good enough if he could find something similar that will match the outfit. I was not in a rush I did said I could come in couple of days and indeed I waited two weeks. I did ask if I should pay in advance and how much would that be. He said payment was meant to be done at the time of collection and it would not be an expensive job. My surprise when I went to collect the items is that I was charged 25 pounds! The dresses together were not even that expensive, and I think for sewing 5 bottoms in total was totally overpriced! The gentleman was not there, instead there was a woman whom I asked if she could tell me the pricing of the job. She said she was an employee and she did not know but she agreed it was expensive. Definitely I would not go back or recommend this place at all. Further more, I did called to speak about the issue with the gentleman, apparently he was not there and the person who talk to me was so rude and uneducated he decided to hang off the call, I call back to say this is not appropriate or a good quality costumer service and he did not give a damn! I am absolutely gutted.
