Amazing experience and very friendly! A million times better than May Tailoring further down Essex Road! Moe's tailoring is simply the best and beats the rest! The store is well organised and clean. I recently had my jeans tapered here and I was provided with excellent customer service and the job was done professionally and I must say my jeans look a billion times better and he tapered them really well for me! Better than other places! He was very quick and when he said to collect them in 2 days they were complete and ready for me well in advance! I also got a text message reminder too! Brilliant customer service! However, the only disadvantage is that it was slightly more expensive than my local shops (I don't live anywhere near Essex Road) as I had to pay £15 at Moe's Tailoring whereas a highly rated tailoring shop near me said they would have done it for £10. I had to pay a whole £5 more for convenience. Having said that, all local businesses and small businesses have been severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic which may have lead in a spike in prices. They might be slightly pricey but the customer service and everything surrounding them is brilliant. You will not be disappointed with Moe's Tailoring! Overall, I strongly recommend that you get your services done here!

Where do I even begin !! The most professional, friendly tailor I have come across. The best tailor I have gone to in London.So convenient, highly Recommend this shop for retailing and even laundry, never found a flaw in their work even if I’ve given them a difficult suits to fix.

Very good service, the people are very friendly and helpful. I have been twice and always very happy with the result. Also, they were very helpful when I needed to get some trousers fixed for the next day. Would definitively recommend.

Took 3 pairs of trousers to get fixed (one was beyond repair, or so I thought) following an extensive Google search. The service was amazing and the staff were super friendly. I would 10000% recommend.

Dropped a pair of Prada slacks in here on a Wednesday. They told me they would be ready for collection on Friday. After the 30 minute journey to collect the clothes they informed they would be not be ready until Saturday. I was perfectly reasonable and once I was finally able to collect the clothes, I noticed black marks all over the trousers. As the marks definitely weren't there when I left them ( I had really just brought the trousers in for a steam) and after a friend informed me the same thing had happened to a shirt of his I queried them. They were combative and unhelpful. I suggested they hold on to the trousers and try to get the stains out however they weren't able to and when I went to pick them up a last time they were again unapologetic, only offering a measly £5 for ruining a pair of trousers worth £300. I would suggest you avoid this business like the plague. The staff are disinterested, rude and unhelpful and the cleaning service they provide is worse.
