Unfortunately, Google did not allow a zero start rating. First time using this company and never again. Thirty minutes late collecting our car which they tried to blame on us stating we should have called them when we were on our way, no where in the booking confirmation they sent to us does it state this! On arrival called to say we had collected or luggage and we were promised it would be 20-25 minutes max. Called again at thirty minutes to be told another five minutes. Still no car!!! Finally after 50 minutes the car arrived. We were by no means the only customers suffering this shoddy service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. Horrendous service I've used long stay parking with a bus ride that took significantly shorter than this. The company is happy to take your money but did not deliver any sort of satisfactory service. AVOID!
If I could give 0 starts I would. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Rude, unhelpful and as a result of their disorganisation, cost you more in parking! We were due back at 6.30pm (car return booked for this time), they called me at 6pm to say my car was back and I needed to get it within 10minutes. I explained that we hadn't collected our luggage and the fella just repeated '10minutes, 10minutes'. Needless to say, we didn't get there in 10minutes as waiting for our bags - hence the 6.30pm time I'd given for collection. Our exit parking ticket was then invalid (ticket payment to exit time is only 15 minutes) and we had to repay for parking. I called the fella...he told me to contact head office...I emailed head office they told me to contact Holiday Extra who I booked through. Laughable! They just don't give a damn about you or your return custom. Go elsewhere.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is not cheap & cheerful, it's cheap & awful / very regrettable.
From the start the service was rubbish (wrong directions given & staff clearly don't care about customers). Upon returning firstly there's no staff at all, the phone numbers don't work or are not answered. Getting to the really bad bit, when your car is finally returned (I waited ages and some really nice other company tried to assist).. expect your car to look like it's been used for dirt track racing, mine came back a mess. The guy couldn't explain the sheer state of my car. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
Drop off and collection 2 minutes away from Departure/Arrival gates. Slight delay during drop off. on the arrival date Blue Circle agent called when we where on the bag collection to confirm we arrived. No car damage or extra milage been noticed
I read the reports, but was stuck!
Drop off very easy , gentleman very polite. Return followed instructions. 17 calls over the 3 numbers provided, non answered. Took them 50 mins to return my car to the terminal. Muddy foot prints in the car! The gentleman returning the car was polite. I had taken photos of the car and mileage prior to drop off and all matched. Something needs to be improved about telephone response, so there’s no waiting.
