Covers most of the skin care products
If there was a non star option, I would give it to this Boots. This is the worst Boots shop in London. The staff is absolutely unprofessional and not kind at all, including the manager. First of of all I went for an advice to the young guy who was at the till in the pharmacy. He was abrupt and pointed to me a medicine which turned to be not the correct one. When I went back the next day to return it, I was told that medicines can't be returned and no assistance or help was offered, although it was completely their mistake.
Don't buy anything from this store, especially from the pharmacy or you might have more issues.
