In store experience is good, pharmacy is well run and efficient, however whenever you ring the person picking up the phone is very rude and clearly thinks slamming the phone down mid conversation with a customer is acceptable. First time it happened I thought it was a one off, but the second time made me realise this is the norm.
This is probably the friendliest Pharmacy I have ever been to. The lady behind the counter is a wonderful lady and will bend over backwards to help. I fully recommend this Pharmacy and I would never use any other.
I’d also like to give credit to Ponam! She’s always been so helpful, regardless of the situation, she will always put 100% into what she’s doing and the effort doesn’t go unnoticed. So thank you Ponam!
People at the pharmacy are nice and friendly but I'd like to give credit to ponam, who goes above and beyond everytime my family and I need anything from there, she's always smiling and needs to get more credit for her work!!! Please appreciate her she's a asset to your team!!
The customer service was great. Through the pandemic they keep stocked and the staff is friendly as ever . They got my medicine quickly and are overall a good business
