Fantastic pharmacy. I have used the chemist here for over 20 years for all my family's prescriptions and other pharmacy needs. He gives really helpful advice, is so patient with explanations/questions and conscientious. It is evident he takes a great pride in his work and his patients well-being. He always goes above and beyond to help everyone. He deserves a medal, really.
Great pharmacy - Mr Sondh is very knowledgable, friendly and always honest. What made me really like this place was how he’s recommended an alternate medicine which was a little cheaper when I came for a prescription.

Used the medicspot GP video consultation here, was a fantastic service and I would recommend it. For a small fee I was able to video link to a doctor who diagnosed my ailment and I collected the medicines at the pharmacy after the consultation.
If I hadn't been fortunate enough to find this it would have dragged on for days before I would have seen a doctor.

We have known pummy for many years. He's kind considerate and a very helpful pharmacist. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.
Mr Sondh is a good pharmacist and takes time to advise on the medication. He also gives good advice on over the counter products.
His assistant is very helpful and overall, the pharmacy is stocked well with a good selection of medicines, toiletries and related items.
A brilliant shop in Osterley village and a big loss if it closed. I ask all reading this, to make an effort to use this community pharmacy, and support a worthy small business, and stop the stranglehold of supermarkets on local shops.
