Absolutely shocking treatment from the pharmacist a middle aged British guy who was so rude and condescending that it beggars belief that someone like that can be employed in such a position. Witnessed him behaving very rudely to a senior citizen who was almost in tears before serving me with the same poor attitude. Even though we are all going to hard times at the moment it doesn’t give anyone the right to direct such poor and rude behaviour to others and especially the elderly. Will definitely be contacting head office with a complaint about this individual.
Middle age ~40 British man was very rude, he trough the prescription to me , staff need more training, it’s shame to recruit that type of people. Nasty staff. I will never go there again. Extremely slow working , no ethics,

Sorry No offence But People just like to moan. If they would have work in pharmacy store then they would know how much pressure is on the dispenser and pharmacist. But moaning is In human's nature.
I previously wrote about my experience at "Boots" in regard to them telling me I can't get my prescription as they have too many other people so I have to go find another chemist, ..I'm new to the area & this was my nearest chemists & I was using a "Boots' iwith no problems at my last area where I lived so was very disappointed
