Used them very recently when staying at Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington. Very reasonable $ ( to London Standards) and conveniently located. £12 serviced wash for each bag load (roughly 20 pieces of clothing) that included wash, detergent, drying and folding of clothes into a nice bag. Way better than options at the hotel! May not be ideal for expensive clothing , did not try that! Dropped clothes just past noon and was ready to pick up by 5 pm, same day. So great experience overall. Definitely will recommend, especially if you are traveling with family and young kids. Also self serve option available for a lot less , if you have time to waste on vacation! Plus there is a shoe repair available within the same store.

Convenient and much cheaper than the hotel laundry service. 15 pounds for an assortment of adult clothes that would have cost us closer to 50. Laundry was dry, folded, and ready when promised. Thank you, Tide Laundrette, for keeping us clean in London!

Amazing and friendly bunch of guys. They are always available to help. I drop off dry cleaning and shirts and get them really well cleaned next day. The guy that worked there also goes out of his way to even help me fold my clothes all the time, which is lovely! Unlike other places they are also very clean and tide and have lovely music playing.

Local family run place, with great service! Gave them a suit that I needed urgently and they guys turned it around very quickly at the same price as normal. Been dropping washing and shirts ever since. Very happy so far.

A fine launderette with serviced laundry, self service, dry cleaning and even shoe repair. Excellent service, great guys, fair prices and decent opening hours. Machines are fast, fairly new and very clean. Highly recommended.
