Over priced and ruined your clothes. Coloured my clothes with blue and pink stains and left long marks. They were called Kensington Valeting located at 156 Notting Hill Gate. Just moved here after lock down. Check the reviews there and you will save you money and clothes To respond: ARE YOU BLIND?!!!! Didn’t you see the photo???!!! WHAT A NASTY ATTITUDE! No wonder one of your customers called police one time!

This has been a horrible experience and I strongly recommend you do not use this dry cleaning service. I am a bespoke tailor and made a suit in a lime green linen fabric by a reputable cloth maker. The manager reassured me of his 30+ years dry cleaning experience so I trusted him. BIG MISTAKE. They destroyed it trying to remove sweat marks under the armpit and then tried to re-dye it and this was the result. I am absolutely heartbroken, they have ruined the whole suit - shrunk it, dyed it an awful colour, all the seams are wonky and damaged beyond repair. I am fighting to get some compensation. The company is very dishonest and unprofessional. DO NOT USE.

I was referred to this store by a good friend. I was looking to get an heirloom carpet cleaned. What I got was amazing service and an education! This is a family owned business, and that is how you feel when you are here, part of the family. I brought in the rug, the guy opened it, examined it, and gave me a bit of a history of the type of rug I brought in, how it was made, etc. They agreed it needed some TLC (it was my Great Grandmother's) and took the job. My rug? was cleaned and repaired at a very reasonable price, was done when promised, and it looks great in my home. Great, personal service, as well as fine quality is what you'll find here. The guy there so friendly! The They are so helpful!
