These guys are the best! I was in town for a conference and stayed at the nearby Hilton, needed my suit and shirts cleaned and ironed asap.
Staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Everything was taken care of in the most timely fashion.
I highly recommend American Cleaners! Service is great. Will definitely be back when I return to London.
No dry cleaner is perfect, but I’ve lived in the neighbourhood for 6 years and this is the best within a mile. The staff are friendly, prices competitive, and they have only ruined one item and I’ve probably given them over 150 to clean. My clothes are fancy dresses, silk, cashmere, etc, and I trust them with everything. For evening gowns I used to go to Jeeves but they charge crazy prices and American does just as good a job. Their alterations & repairs are great too, and they remember your name, which is a forgotten art. I’m giving them 5/5 because although there are better dry cleaners on the planet, there is no better place nearby.
Hey always go above and beyond. Shirts come back with collar stays and like new. Will not trust my suits with anyone else. Customer for life here.
DO NOT use this dry cleaner. They lost two of my items and when one of them was found- it was broken! They tried to superglue it together. Now it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. Truly unprofessional and awful, on top of being overpriced.
I’ve had positive experience with ADC (which is not always the case with Dry Cleaners!). In particular I find Ivan always attentive, with good suggestions and with a very pleasant demeanour. It was also great to have a period of special deals a few month ago, which made me take more clothes there so hope that is repeated!
