Took a waist coat to be altered, it now sits higher above my shoulders and chokes my around the neck.
I should have known it would be bad as she wasn't even bothered to measure me properly, she just pinned it from the other side of the counter, but I thought she probably knows what she is doing... I was wrong, very, very wrong.
Now I'm out 35 quid and have a waistcoat I can't wear anymore.
Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option.
Great experience!
I gave them 2 pairs of trousers to repair and clean, came back the next day to my trousers looking like they were brand new. customer service was nice and the people were polite. Would recommend going there when you can.

‘This shop was not so good long time ago but I can see that nowadays new management has done some big changes and quality in service is very good and service is best in area. Don’t know what these other people are talking, pure slander. Guy who is the manager is polite and nice haven’t had any problems with him in the shop. They are professionals who do their work, thank you for helping us out with your service. 👍👍👍
I’ve been sending items to the shop since sending a pair of shoes and leather bag for repairs.
The service, quality and value for money is second to none.
