Very clean, not very busy which is nice. Feel very safe leaving my laundry and popping to the gym. Staff very kind and helpful.

Usually no problems, HOWEVER sometimes there's a lady working there that always asks to split the washing in two because I have "too much" and first time I did it fair enough I had a lot. Today I had a very small amount of washing she looked at it and said it's too much, which brings me to a conclusion she just wants to take a piss and get more money. I just left not gonna come here again.(the machine was 40% full at most)

September 2019. I'm visiting London from San Francisco. After a week I needed to do laundry, so I found this store in a small street in the Bayswater area. How convenient! Nice lady took my laundry, said come back in two hours. It was ready, it was perfectly laundered and folded. I give this business my highest recommendation.
