BE CAREFUL, NO REFUNDS! One of the machines was faulty, and my clothes came out dirtier than they were before putting them in the machine. The lady told me she cannot give me a refund, because she should to do it from her own pocket money, as the boss does not give refunds and she would not get her money back. They don’t refund you even if clearly the machine is faulty (see pictures). Now I have to spend another £10 and another 2 hours of my life re-doing this laundry and this place doesn't even refund me the money I spent on making my clothes more dirty.
I went to the Bobo Laundry on Cromwell. Jasmine was working and she was amazing. She helped me figure out the machines and was exceptionally friendly. She was cleaning the washers and dryers between helping customers and I know when she’s working I will have a great experience.
Terrible service,one lady destroy my jacket,very expensive...and she was very unpolite,for sure I will sue them...
Very helpful staff and place is kept clean
We stayed at Crown Plaza (3-5 minute walk) and I wanted clean clothes. I was so thankful this laundry facility was so close. It was clean, seemed safe and an attendant is on site working until close. The last load can be put in at 10. I was so happy to see this place (can’t stand dirty clothes) so I give it 5 stars.
Note of Caution: the dryers get VERY hot so some of my kids clothes shrunk 😕.
