Don’t go to these dry cleaners. They have damaged my items and still forced me to pay for them when they were terribly incompetent. They were rude and personally abusive when I tried to argue it is not fair to charge me for damaged items. Just horrible!
Totally overpriced. Was shocked when someone told me it usually just takes arounf £7 if you used the washing machine. They charged me £16 for dry cleansing, which I didn't even have a big bag of clothes.
Opening hours were changed but it was not updated on website or on Google.
The place is open but no one is there, there is no stuff
Tried a lot of dry cleaners in Earls court and Radiant has the best service and prices for sure. The staff are always friendly and kind. Would recommend them to anyone in Earls C
BEWARE. DISHONEST BUSINESS. If I could give less than one star I would. They ruined a jumper of mine that I'd worn once. I inspected it five minutes after my husband picked up our dry cleaning at the end of the day on a Friday, and saw that the colors on the front design had run, ruining the jumper. Unfortunately they were closed by this time, so I had to bring it back Monday. The proprietor lied straight to my face, saying they had not done this, and that there was no stain when my husband picked it up, that WE must have stained it in the literal five minutes it was in our possession after my husband picked up. It was actually disgusting and disturbing to watch how easily someone can just stand there and lie to your face and refuse to take responsibility. I have used many dry cleaners both in New York and London, and I've never experienced anything like this. It's not even about the jumper, it's about someone lying to me without reservation, and then saying I shouldn't be upset, and that I need to call the company. Truly, truly, horrible service. Use them at your own risk, if anything goes wrong they'll tell you it was your fault.
