Ordered an exercise bike, the one they sent was clearly used, loss of scuff marks around the pedals. Only saving grace was that the refund process was straightforward.
Possibly the least helpful staff in retail can be found in this store.

The most horrible experience. Collected Habitat shelving unit twice in one week and each time I opened packaging I found the shelves damaged. Argos has refused to cover the cost of the return of damaged items, leaving me out of pocket. Horrendous customer service experience, they are destroying Habitat brand this way also, re-selling returned faulty items! Will stay away from Argos from now. Do not recommend!
Friendly staff (most of them) but they took too long and were quite inefficient. The Argos in Birmingham is much quicker. Here there is too much confusion.
I ordered gym gloves and rdx weight lifting wrist sport pro I received the gloves but not the other one AND ON MY ACCOUNT ITS SAYS DELIVERED I contacted customer service on live chat they guy so called LUKE WASNT HELPFUL LEFT THE CHAT WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY INFORMATION NEVER ORDER AGAIN THERE AGAIN.
