Very surprised to receive a FREE shopping bag as a Sparks customer.
Nice place to shop friendly staff and they are helpful. Wish they would enforce the social distancing more and ensure that every follows the one way system.
Collected my click and collect. The upper floors were closed. But the first floor was open. You could buy pjs, underwear, Christmas decorations, and some clothing. (Jeans, jumpers, socks, slippers, & glasses also have your eyes tested ). Gift surprise I was able to buy was the gin gift bottles to hang on the tree, which I had not been able to get anywhere! So bonus there. Hand sanitizer available. Social distance in, which was easy. Not crowded. Helpful staff, when I could find a particular item, thought the young lady didn't know where I could find it she did go to inquire where I could. Then came to find me, with the item I was looking for. Overall a charm and productive shopping trip. WELLDONE Mark's and Spencer. Expect no less from this iconic store.
Well-stocked as you’d expect in an M&S food hall. However, it did not feel safe at all. Too many people allowed in the tiny store. All of them seemingly unaware of social distancing rules. No staff ensuring customers following social distancing rules- not even at check outs. No hand sanitiser at entrance.
Amazing store, it has so much variety and their own products. Top quality, it is much better than the other local shops. Strongly recommend!
